All goods exiting from main land to Kish Island, is possible to accept if only to submit custom statement or air or sea bill of lading while it has received during arriving in Kish Island.

Regarding the import of goods or commodities to Kish Island, all participants are obliged to observe the above regulation, also should send a complete list of goods, including the type, number, weight and the name of production country, at least 15 days before receive of goods, to the secretarial of this exhibition.

Unobserving this regulation and custom registration during the sending these commodities to Kish Island, would Cause problem, for released and permission.

Import and export of goods into the exhibition is subjected to inspection and should be based on the instruction of exhibition holder.

Those items which has not received the list of commodities, will be rejected for release.

All payments and costs due to the coordination for transfer and release of goods from custom to exhibition hall is in the responsivity of exhibitor.

All participants are obliged for insurance coverage of their commodities.
